All Lawrence Meetings
All Lawrence meetings are hosted via Zoom on the first Tuesday of every month from 1:00-1:50 PM. Contact Don Yeon (donyeon@berkeley.edu) to be added to the calendar invite.

- The Lawerence Communications Guidelines have been designed to promote efficient, professional, cordial, and respectful communications amongst colleagues. We have also created an Internal Communication Plan that will support the Executive Assistant in their role as a reliable resource to the organizational communications system. - Lawrence mailing lists are for essential communications sent to all staff. They are operated through Google Groups. Contact Anna Maurer (annam@berkeley.edu) to be added. Essential lists include:
- Lhsallstaff (essential email list for all staff)
- Lhslocalstaff (for staff who work onsite)
- Google Chat and Google Spaces are used for team / Group communications and informal chats.

Please regularly watch for and read these communications, which are sent to the lhsallstaff mailing list and posted on The Lawrence Must-Read:
- Administration Group Weekly Communication (essential business office and campus communications); sent Monday mornings
- All Lawrence meeting calendar invite (first Tuesday of every month at 1 PM; recordings sent within 48 hours following the live meeting)
- Leadership Team meeting digests (recaps of items discussed in leadership team meetings); sent within 48 hours of the live meetings
All Staff Mailing Lists
The Lawrence All Staff list:

Note: If you are no longer an employee at The Lawrence, and you are unable to remove yourself from a list, please ask your supervisor to let The Lawrence IT people know that you are no longer working at The Lawrence. The contact address for this is lhshelp@berkeley.edu . The list manager can remove you from the lhsallstaff mailing list.
The all staff list (lhsallstaff@lists.berkeley.edu) is an official mailing list for important announcements for all employees at The Lawrence. The lhsallstaff email list is required for all current employees The Lawrence. You may add yourself from the Google Groups page, or ask The Lawrence’s list administrator (Graham Patterson) to do it. Enter lawrence in the search box for our main lists.
In addition to adding your email address, you should update the Campus Staff Directory with other information, such as room number and phone number. You can also sign up for the optional bblhsstaff mailing list (see below).
The Lawrence “Bulletin Board” list:

The bulletin board list (bblhsstaff@lists.berkeley.edu) is a casual list, for informal announcements such as garage sales, community events, and other non-work related announcements.
The Lawrence Local Staff list:
lhslocalstaff@lists.berkeley.edu
This list is for messages of importance or interest only to employees physically located at The Lawrence. Information about parking, local events, lost keys, and other work-related messages of local interest can be posted to this list.
For this local staff mailing list employees may subscribe and unsubscribe themselves. You do this through the campus site for mailing lists at:
http://lists.berkeley.edu Membership of this list for local staff is strongly recommended.
There is also a link to the site for managing your mailing lists on the calmail home page at:
http://bconnected.berkeley.edu On this page, click on the link “Manage Your Mailing Lists”.
On the “Manage Your Mailing Lists” page you sign in with your CalNet ID.
The name of the mailing list is lhslocalstaff. You do not need to enter the domain information, that is the “@lists.berkeley.edu” part of the mailing list address.
New employees
You may set up your email account by going to http://bconnected.berkeley.edu. An active CalNetID will be needed to do this. Your CalNet Identity setup is normally done during the hiring process.
