The Lawrence Hall of Science uses Tessitura, an enterprise application that integrates ticketing, marketing, fundraising, and audience services functionality into a single software suite. This sophisticated customer relationship management (CRM) system provides a comprehensive view of interactions with visitors, members, donors, organizations, groups, volunteers, class and camp attendees, and more. Centralized customer records provide a way to capture and analyze data across departments, leverage the full customer history to inform future engagement, and understand customer relationships to the organizations as well as to others in the database.

The Lawrence Hall of Science is part of the UC Berkeley Tessitura Consortium, along with Cal Performances and Berkeley Art Museum Pacific Film Archive (BAMPFA).
