Executive Team
The Executive Team (XT) plays a vital role in The Lawrence’s leadership by charting the organization’s strategic course and assuming various responsibilities. These include overseeing the strategic plan’s implementation, managing financial matters, establishing internal policies in line with UC Berkeley policy, addressing organization-wide or group-specific issues, and supporting special projects and business initiatives directed by the Director.
Equity Leadership Team
The Equity Team (ET) at The Lawrence Hall of Science plays a crucial role in providing leadership, guidance, and support regarding equity initiatives. They connect internal departments, develop strategic action plans, collaborate with campus administration, and foster connections with the campus community and beyond, all while ensuring representation from the Executive, Program, and Student Experience Teams.
Program Leadership Team
The Program Leadership Team serves as a platform for program leaders to engage in discussions and decisions that influence their portfolios, promoting distributed leadership and cross-pollination. It facilitates strategy development, program direction, resource management, and collaboration, aiming to leverage expertise and resources, foster effective partnerships, and seek external funding. Additionally, representatives from other leadership teams are included to ensure broader representation and participation.
