The office reviews, prepares, and assists in formulating and negotiating agreements with a business or commercial purpose, as well as advising on related matters. Types of Business Contracts include:
- License Agreements
- Partnership Agreements
- Translation Agreement
- Permission Letters (to use Lawrence IP/materials)
- Publishing Agreements
- Outreach Agreements
- Consulting Agreements
- Other Fee-for-Service Agreements
