We invite everyone to continue to reflect on how you show recognition and celebrate yourself and your colleagues. Building up our practice and a culture of recognition requires us to think about all the small and big ways this can happen each and every day. In the grind of deadlines, constant meetings, new projects, and tasks, sometimes this practice of recognition can fall by the wayside. Yet building up a culture of recognition supports staff wellbeing, lifts up our humanity, and cultivates a community where we can thrive. We hope to provide you with some tools and resources to help the Lawrence continue to cultivate an environment in which employees feel valued and recognized for all that they do!

Here are 92 ways you can start to flex this muscle and build up your practice. We invite you to set an intention, or goal, for how you will start to build up on your practice.
